The Cambridge Assessment International Education CICTL programme is designed for educators who aspire to strengthen their teaching practice, enhance student learning, and grow as reflective professionals.

• Apply contemporary teaching and learning theories in the classroom
• Design learner-centred and active learning experiences
• Develop effective assessment and feedback strategies
• Reflect critically on classroom practice
• Build confidence as an innovative and engaged educator

• Currently employed as a full-time or part-time teacher
• Teaching for a minimum of 24 weeks and 6 hours per week
• Access to a mentor for guidance and classroom observations
• Teaching a group of at least six learners
• Responsible for planning, teaching, and formative assessment
