Geetha Subramaniam is an educational practitioner skilled in crafting and curating strategies that promote effective teaching and meaningful learning. Over a decade, she has worked with educators and school leaders in India and Malaysia, building expertise in adaptive teaching, classroom innovation, and instructional leadership.
Geetha began her career as a special education teacher, supporting learners with diverse difficulties. She also designed and taught modules on learning perspectives for foundation and undergraduate students at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, incorporating reflective journals as an assessment tool.
In addition to special education, she has taught science, authored educational resources, and edited research publications and book chapters. Geetha holds a Master’s in Educational Leadership, a Postgraduate Diploma in Special Education Teaching, and a Bachelor’s in Science, along with certificates in psychodiagnostics and healing chants.
Her experience spans corporate, NGO, and private education sectors. Currently, she supports core pedagogical practices at Chettinad Education and Services.
