Usha has been a dedicated educator with more than two decades of teaching experience. She holds a degree in science and has served as the Vice-Principal of Chettinad Vidya Mandir. Usha strongly believes in the idea of “learning by doing” and encourages her students to learn through hands-on activities and real-life experiences. Her teaching approach helps students stay curious, think critically, and take an active part in their learning. She also cares deeply about her students’ overall well-being, supporting their emotional and mental health along with their academic growth.
She actively supports government-aided institutions and contributes to their growth and development
